Tank / Welding Foreman We are seeking an experienced Tank / Welding Foreman to join our team. You will help drive high-quality and on-schedule tanks completions through efficient management of people and equipment of exciting industrial construction projects across the nation. Handling of relevant employee discipline and/or coaching needs in a timely manner. Daily recognition of employee accomplishments. Process Ensure job site organization and housekeeping goals are met. Ensure adherence to all company and customer policies and procedures by crew. Production Help drive crew productivity Other duties as assigned.
