Position summary: Responsible for overseeing construction projects, ensuring safety compliance, managing budgets and schedules, and acting as the primary liaison between clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure timely and within-budget project delivery.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintain relationships with clients, occupants, architects/engineers, and contractors.
Manage inspection staff and coordinate with all project stakeholders.
Review plans, specifications, schedules, and safety regulations.
Develop bid packages, evaluate proposals, and recommend awards.
Ensure project deliverables meet specifications and contract guidelines.
Communicate techniques, implement safety changes, and lead meetings.
Review and manage change requests, prepare correspondence, and monitor project schedules.
Ensure quality compliance and manage budgets, risks, and mitigation strategies.
Conduct field meetings and coordinate project activities.
Required Skills:
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Ability to manage contractors and schedules effectively.
Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and OSHA 10HR card.
Teamwork and willingness to learn.
Required Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, project management, or related field, plus 10+ years managing large projects.
Certifications such as CCM, CPC, PMP preferred.
Experience managing budgets and schedules, able to work nights/weekends, and in government environments.
Preferred Qualifications: PE license is desirable but not required.
Working Conditions: Office and field work, with travel and physical activity involved. Field work may involve climbing, walking, and lifting up to 25 lbs. Some outdoor exposure in various weather conditions.
