Job Title: Fiber Construction Inspector Location: Alabama (Florence, Cullman, Decatur, Athens, Muscle Shoals, Gadsden, with occasional travel to Auburn, Troy, and Dothan)

Job Responsibilities: Manage warehouse tasks, including inventory and vendor outfitting. Document fiber inventory and report incidents using company systems. Provide on-site support during major outages or network impacts. Collaborate with internal teams to update handbooks and policies. Conduct strand mapping and make-ready rides with utilities. Perform post-construction rides with utilities.

Skills Required: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational abilities. Basic knowledge of web application infrastructure. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Visio).

Experience and Education: Minimum of 3 years in telecom construction inspection. Construction experience is a plus. High School Diploma or equivalent required.
