What You’ll Do Perform skilled repairs and maintenance on  construction equipment, heavy trucks, and trailers  at various job sites. Utilize your expertise to keep our fleet running smoothly, ensuring projects stay on track. Generate detailed service reports, logs, and diagnostics using  OEM software . Travel to diverse work environments and take pride in solving technical challenges. What You Bring Proven experience repairing and maintaining construction equipment or heavy trucks; background in  construction ,  oil and gas , or a related industry is a big plus. Welding experience  is highly desirable. A  fully equipped mechanic’s tool set  to support our heavy equipment fleet. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of urgency. Physical stamina for demanding tasks—lifting 50+ pounds, climbing, kneeling, and standing for extended periods. A clean record to pass  DOT drug screening and a background check . What Sets You Apart Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Familiarity with diagnostic tools and software. Commitment to safety and teamwork.
