The Finance Manager will drive financial focus within the region or sector, ensuring financial controls and compliance to meet profit goals aligned with the business group’s strategic plan. Produce and interpret financial information; identify opportunities, risks, and trends for sound business decisions Provide P&L and WIP reports monthly, quarterly, and annually Manage business modeling and forecasting Assess risks to limit Shawmut, client, and vendor exposure Research and report on factors influencing business performance internally and externally Supervise performance through meetings and financial reviews (cost to complete) per project Develop and analyze budgets and forecasts; implement processes and technology to mitigate risks and maintain profitability Assess performance trends and prepare reports for upper management Perform JCR and G&A analyses Support strategic planning with the Director of Group Finance Set and monitor performance goals for staff; coach and inspire team to deliver excellent service and profitability Qualifications Experience: 7+ years in finance, including at least 2 years in people management Experience with AIA billing/reporting and WIP Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or equivalent experience We look forward to hearing from you!
