Job Description

Oversee all aspects of financial management, including corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting. Develop and implement internal controls and procedures to ensure financial integrity. Manage budgeting and forecasting initiatives. Participate in key decisions as a member of the executive management team. Coordinate with external auditors and manage internal controls. Provide leadership in strengthening internal communications with staff at all levels. Implement operational best practices. Support the board of directors in financial planning and results management.

The Successful Applicant

A degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field. Experience in a senior financial managerial position. 5+ years of experience in construction accounting, ideally with a general contractor. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong leadership qualities and a team-oriented mindset.
