Primary Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to enhance visibility in the assigned territory. Oversee planning, budgeting, and execution of concrete frame and formwork projects. Manage project productivity, costs, quality, and safety in line with company policies to deliver comprehensive concrete solutions. Collaborate with the District Manager on asset management, administrative duties, quality control, and field operations support. Build and maintain customer relationships to secure projects, mitigate risks, and improve operational efficiency. Assist in preparing quantity surveys, estimates, and project proposals; negotiate and finalize sales contracts in coordination with office teams. Manage subcontractor and vendor contracts, ensuring compliance with company procedures. Perform special projects and other duties as assigned to support organizational goals. Minimum Qualifications Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; or equivalent work experience. At least seven years of relevant work experience and three years in a management role exceeding performance expectations. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills suitable for all organizational levels. Proficiency in reading structural drawings, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, Projects), and computer-aided design tools such as BIM Modeling and AutoCAD.
