Delta has been retained by a confidential client to conduct a search for the position of Construction Superintendent in Fort Myers, Florida.
Construction Superintendent Compensation & Benefits Total compensation for the Construction Superintendent in Sarasota, FL is based on experience and is between $100,000 and $125,000. . Competitive salary package, vehicle allowance, and gas card.

Construction Superintendent Duties & Responsibilities
Lead all on-site construction activities with energy, clarity, and professionalism
Establish and maintain a positive, high-performance jobsite culture
Serve as the primary point of contact for field coordination with clients, inspectors, subcontractors, vendors and end users.
Manage and supervise all phases of field work from mobilization to project closeout
Develop and maintain construction schedules and adjust resources to meet milestones
Enforce jobsite safety protocols in accordance with OSHA and company guidelines
Conduct routine inspections to uphold quality standards and resolve issues proactively
Support trade partners and internal teams to ensure timely and cost-effective project execution
Uphold high standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction on every project
Construction Superintendent Qualifications
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a supervisory or field leadership role within the commercial/multifamily construction industry
Experience in a lead supervisory role for a general contractor in commercial and/or multifamily construction.
Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate diverse teams
Proven ability to manage high-pressure situations and changing site conditions
Self-directed and solution-oriented with strong organizational abilities
Customer-focused mindset and confident field presence
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction management software
College degree preferred but not required with equivalent experience Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
