Job Description
- Prepare accurate cost estimates including labor, materials, and subcontractors
- Analyze scope, site conditions, and regulations to develop detailed pricing
- Assist with proposals, timelines, and risk assessments
- Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors for pricing and compliance
- Maintain records and data to support estimating strategies
- Present and explain estimates to clients and project stakeholders

The Successful Applicant
3-5+ years GC estimating experience, Bluebeam proficiency, team player.
The ideal candidate has 3-5+ years of experience estimating general construction projects, preferably with an environmental or public-sector component. You're detail-oriented, proficient in software like Bluebeam, and confident presenting your work internally and externally. You thrive both independently and as part of a team.
