CONSTUCTION WORKERSHOURS: 1ST SHIFTWAGE: $18+/HOURJob Summary:Seeking reliable and motivated General Construction Workers to join our production team. The ideal candidate will assist in the assembly, installation, and finishing of manufactured and modular homes in a factory setting. Experience in construction, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, or related trades is preferred but not required — we provide on-the-job training.Key Responsibilities: Perform tasks in one or more areas of home construction, including framing, roofing, siding, drywall, painting, electrical, plumbing, cabinetry, or flooring. Read and follow blueprints, work orders, or instructions to complete tasks accurately. Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently. Assist with material handling and maintaining a clean work environment. Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals. Follow all safety procedures and report any unsafe conditions. Maintain quality standards throughout each phase of construction. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (preferred). Prior construction or manufacturing experience is a plus. Ability to read a tape measure and basic understanding of measurements. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Willingness to learn multiple trades and perform varied tasks. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive motions. Work Environment: Indoor factory/plant setting. Exposure to loud noises, dust, and varying temperatures.
