We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team. Trade Pros is a maintenance, renovation, and repair company for multi family buildings.

* Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability

* Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry

* Able to use hand and power tools

* Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy equipment (50+ lbs)

* Basic computer skills for recordkeeping and work order tracking

* Time management and ability to prioritize tasks under pressure

* Excellent communication and customer service skills

* Teamwork and ability to work independently

Evaluating, repairing, and maintaining plumbing, carpentry, electrical, drywall, painting and HVAC systems in the building.

- Conduct routine maintenance procedures on apartment buildings.- Perform repairs on drywall, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems- Supervise and coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs- Keep accurate maintenance records and documentation- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols

-Communicate with office and supervisors

Experience:

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:

Evaluating, repairing, and maintaining plumbing, carpentry, electrical, drywall, painting and HVAC systems in the building.

- Ability to read schematics for equipment troubleshooting- Knowledge of electrical systems for repairs- Proficiency in English for effective communication

- Perform routine maintenance on systems and building infrastructure

- Repair plumbing, electrical, and hvac issues

- Patch walls, replace light fixtures, unclog drains, and repair doors / windows.
