Title: General Manager (Construction & Field Contracting Services)

Location: On-site in Northern New Jersey (convenient to Warren, Passaic, Morris, Essex and Sussex Counties) Compensation $175K base + substantial performance-based bonus + full benefits Overview A privately held, multi-division field services company is seeking a hands-on, results-driven operations leader to oversee business performance, team management, and process improvement. This leadership role manages several key service lines in excavation, environmental remediation, fuel system services, and site contracting, with responsibility for a 25+ person team and dozens of concurrent projects each month. Role Summary The successful candidate will take operational ownership of a fast-moving field services company with a strong reputation for responsiveness and quality execution. You’ll be responsible for aligning people, systems, and financial performance to meet growth goals and deliver on client expectations.
