We're seeking a mission-driven, results-oriented General Manager to lead daily operations and oversee our Maintenance/Construction and Housekeeping team and who can match the ambition of our vision-someone who thrives in remote environments, communicates fluently in English and Spanish, and isn't afraid to get their boots dirty while building something extraordinary. Construction management or general contracting experience (hospitality or remote builds a plus) Exceptional leadership and problem-solving skills Fluent in both English and Spanish Military background or high-accountability trade experience is highly valued Grounded, no-nonsense work ethic with a passion for building something meaningful Successfully pass background check, should an offer be extended
