You are responsible for the operation of the entire restaurant and building a strong team that consistently provides customers with great food and a friendly experience. Key responsibilities include recruiting, hiring, and developing employees, conducting new hire orientations, and executing training plans. Must be at least 18 years old 1-3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, including profit and loss responsibility 50-hour work week High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required Basic computer literacy Reliable transportation Basic business math and accounting skills, strong analytical and decision-making skills Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and stoop during 80% of shift Competitive spirit and passion for excellence
