You will be responsible for the operation of the entire restaurant and building a strong team that consistently provides excellent food and a friendly customer experience. Must be at least 18 years old 1-3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, including Profit and Loss responsibility 50-hour work week High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required Basic computer literacy Reliable transportation Basic business math and accounting skills, strong analytical and decision-making skills Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs., and stoop during 80% of shift Competitive spirit and passion for excellence
