General Superintendent Healthcare Construction

This client is a well-established General Contractor with a strong reputation in the Georgia market. Experience with active Healthcare, MOB, and/or Data Center construction highly desirable. This construction firm offers a wide range of construction planning and management services including design build, self perform, and preconstruction.

Job Description

Manages multiple superintendents and related jobs throughout Georgia. Manages large complex projects in the active healthcare and/or MOB space. Provides management and/or oversight to multiple projects and project teams. Provides input, leads and executes company and regional key strategic initiatives. Participates in the development of relevant company training content. Responsible for the selection and development of internal subject matter experts. Effectively delivers leadership messages to multiple audiences both internally and externally. Leads all aspects of the company's safety culture.

The Successful Applicant

Construction experience with large scale, active healthcare and/or MOB builds. Ability to create a master schedule for a project using software like Microsoft Project or P6. Ability to perform work accurately and completely, and in a timely manner. Communication skills, verbal and written. Ability to build relationships with team members that transcend a project. Proficiency in project management and accounting software. Proficiency in scheduling software. Ability to manage budgets, maximize profitability and generate future work through building relationships.
