We are seeking an experienced General Superintendent to oversee a high-rise multifamily construction project in Miami, FL . This role requires a seasoned leader with a proven track record in managing complex, vertical multifamily builds from groundbreaking through completion. Lead and manage all on-site construction activities for high-rise multifamily projects.
Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and inspectors to ensure timely project delivery.
Maintain a strong focus on site safety, schedule adherence, and quality control.
Conduct daily site walks, manage logistics, and resolve issues swiftly to minimize downtime.
Supervise field staff and subcontractors while fostering a culture of accountability and performance.
Participate in pre-construction planning, and assist with procurement, manpower loading, and scheduling.
Profile 10+ years of field construction experience, with at least 5 years as a lead superintendent on high-rise multifamily projects (15+ stories).
Proven expertise in structural concrete, vertical logistics, and complex project phasing.
Strong communication and leadership skills to drive team performance and subcontractor coordination.
OSHA 30 certification (required); additional safety credentials a plus.
Tech-savvy and proficient with project management tools like Procore, Microsoft Project, or similar.
Job Offer Base salary up to $175,000 depending on experience, plus performance-based bonuses.
