Job Overview: CISC Commercial Construction is seeking an experienced Ground Up Project Manager with a strong background in commercial construction. This individual will lead projects from dirt work to turnkey completion-including ground-up builds, remodels, renovations, interior buildouts, and TI improvements. Key Responsibilities:- Manage full-cycle commercial construction projects nationwide, including ground-up, remodels, renovations, interior buildouts, and TI improvements.- Lead project execution from dirt work to turnkey delivery.- Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and project schedules.- Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.- Oversee budget management and ensure projects are delivered within cost and timeline goals.- Source and procure necessary materials, tools, and services.- Maintain daily communication with field teams, vendors, and clients to ensure quality and safety standards are met.- Conduct final inspections and client walkthroughs.- Ensure compliance with all applicable codes, specifications, and safety standards.

Required Qualifications:- Minimum 3+ years' commercial construction project management experience (ground-up experience preferred).- Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, methods, and safety protocols.- Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.- Proficiency in blueprint reading; strong organizational and communication skills.- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus but not required.- OSHA 30 certification preferred but not required.

Schedule:- Full-time, Monday through Friday- Nights, weekends, and overnights as needed based on project requirements- Travel and potential overnight stays for jobsite inspections.

Work Location:- This is not a remote position; you must be in the office daily, except when travel is required to inspect jobsites.
