This individual will lead end-to-end project execution, from digital takeoffs and cost estimating to subcontractor coordination and final walkthroughs. Key Responsibilities:- Manage full-cycle ground-up commercial construction projects.- Perform digital takeoffs for scopes including metal stud framing, drywall, acoustical ceiling systems, paint, FRP, and door/hardware installation.- Read and interpret blueprints and specifications to develop cost estimates and project timelines.- Prepare and submit detailed project proposals and budgets.- Source and procure materials, tools, and subcontractors needed for job completion.- Communicate daily with field teams, vendors, and clients to ensure project goals are met.- Track and manage project costs, timelines, and change orders.- Conduct final inspections and walkthroughs with clients.- Analyze completed jobs to evaluate budgeting accuracy and drive future improvement.- Ensure compliance with all codes, specifications, and safety standards.

Required Qualifications:- Minimum 5+ years' experience in commercial ground-up project management.- Strong knowledge of construction means, methods, and project sequencing.- Proficient in blueprint reading and digital takeoff software.- Strong written and verbal communication skills.- Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks.- Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus - helpful with field communication, but not required.- OSHA 30 certification preferred but not required.
