Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Lead all phases of healthcare construction projects, ensuring safety, schedule, and budget targets are met Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and other stakeholders Manage subcontractors and internal teams to ensure high-quality project delivery Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and change management processes Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring clear communication and a collaborative project culture Mentor and develop junior project staff and contribute to team growth MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant

Qualifications: 8+ years of construction management experience, with at least 5 years in healthcare or hospital construction Proven track record of managing complex healthcare projects in operational facilities Proficiency in project management software (Procore, P6, MS Project, or similar) Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) What's on Offer
