Manage all phases of healthcare construction projects, from preconstruction through closeout

Coordinate project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and vendors

Ensure compliance with healthcare codes, infection control protocols, and safety standards

Build and maintain strong client relationships

Oversee project documentation using platforms like Procore and Microsoft Project

3-10 years of experience as a Project Manager or APM in commercial construction

Proven experience managing healthcare projects (medical office, hospital, or clinic work)

Strong organizational and communication skills

Experience with projects under $30M preferred

Software proficiency in Procore, Microsoft Project , and Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments What's on Offer
