Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the activities of heavy construction workers. Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies. Develop and optimize project timelines and milestones. Monitor work progress, equipment, and construction sites for safety and quality compliance. Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and stakeholders to meet project specifications. Mentor and train crew members, offering guidance and support. Maintain accurate records of work progress, materials used, and any challenges faced. Address and resolve on-site issues and conflicts as they arise. Ensure proper handling and maintenance of construction tools and equipment. Conduct regular safety meetings and enforce safety measures diligently. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; certifications in construction management or a related field are preferred. At least 10 years of highway heavy construction experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a supervisory capacity. In-depth knowledge of highway heavy construction methods, materials, and equipment. Outstanding leadership and communication abilities. Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, plans, and specifications. Strong problem-solving acumen and attention to detail. Ability to work in various weather conditions and physically challenging environments. Possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
