I'm the Director of Onboarding and Talent Acquisitions at Blue World Pools, Inc. / Global Sun Pools, Inc. and we're looking for a few new installers from your area that are ready and able to get started immediately installing above ground pools for our ready and waiting customers while earning an AVERAGE $20,000-$30,000 PER MONTH!

We also get way ahead of you by sending a local representative out to the customers home to survey every property prior to your arrival. This ensures your ability to install a pool on the property, saving you from wasting valuable time and resources on scheduling an installation with a customer on a property where it would be impossible for you to install a pool. We don't build decks. We don't do landscaping. And we leave the overburden behind in a nice neat pile for the customer to manage after the installation is complete. This should be an absolute "no-brainer".

About Installer Pay:

Installers install 20-30 pools per month and AVG. $1,400-$1,600 PER INSTALL or over $20,000-$30,000 PER MONTH! (Average per install pay is based on a 24-foot round pool with a 6-8 hour installation time). Installers are paid daily after every install. Installers fuel costs are also covered at $0.67 per mile driven. $500 Signing Bonus. Quick start bonus is an additional $500 bonus every time you install 5 pools for the first 25 pools. Weekly bonus is an additional $1,000 per week for 5 or more installs per calendar week. That's an additional $4,000 per month or more just in bonuses!

Requirements and Expectations:

Must have a valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance. (REQUIRED) Must have access to a full-size truck to pull your machine and your tools. (REQUIRED) Must have access to a Bobcat or front loader. (REQUIRED) Must have access to a transit or a laser level. (REQUIRED) Must have access to or be able to obtain a $1,000,000 general liability insurance policy. No insurance? No worries. We can help you with that by referring you to one of our partners in the insurance business. (REQUIRED) Must have access to at least one helper. (REQUIRED) Must be willing and able to start immediately. (REQUIRED) Above-ground or In-ground pool experience is helpful but not required. If you do not have pool experience, you must have experience as a heavy equipment operator and grading experience. (REQUIRED) Must be willing and able to cover a 200-mile installation radius and be able to install 20-30 pools per month in your designated market/200-mile radius. (REQUIRED)
