This position requires extensive travel, up to 75% of the time, including various locations across Missouri, Indiana, and Illinois. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement safety plans for all operational activities within project sites. Manage personnel by setting and tracking production, safety, and quality goals. Identify necessary resources, including personnel and equipment for effective job site management. Maintain and update project schedules, ensuring timely completion. Contribute accurate monthly cost analyses to support project managers. Regularly report on completed work quantities. Coordinate equipment procurement in collaboration with the Procurement Department. Conduct weekly performance reviews with project management. Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or a related field preferred. OSHA 30 Hour certification. Minimum of 5 years of field superintendent or management experience in solar or wind sectors. Authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship required. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to read, analyze, and interpret blueprints and regulations. Skillful in writing reports and business correspondence related to project activities. Effective communication skills for presentations and response to inquiries from project personnel and clients.
