Project Length: Through the summer with possible extension
We are seeking a Construction Sider for a project-based opportunity with our client, a well-established residential construction company based in Lebanon, Oregon. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in siding installation who takes pride in quality workmanship and values being part of a skilled team. You'll be helping shape the exterior of newly built residential homes and making a lasting visual impact in the community.
As a Construction Sider, you will be responsible for:
- Installing various types of exterior siding and trim, including lap, board & batten, and panel siding
- Measuring, cutting, and fitting siding materials to precise specifications
- Operating hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Ensuring weatherproofing, sealing, and finishing details are completed with quality in mind
- Collaborating with team members and reporting to supervisors
- Maintaining a clean and safe job site, following all safety protocols
- At least 2 years of experience in siding installation (framing experience is a plus but not required)
- Strong knowledge of siding materials, layout, and installation techniques
- Proficiency with tools including saws, nail guns, levels, and measuring devices
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in outdoor conditions, including on ladders and scaffolding
- A valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- A clean and professional appearance (no jewelry or piercings on job sites for safety reasons)
