Hospital Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a Hospital Construction Project Manager to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.
Job Summary:
Manages and coordinates large and/or complex capital projects through all phases of design, permitting, and construction, equipment planning, and move management. Manages and supervises move management equipment planning and third-party project managers / developers.
Qualifications :
A Bachelor's degree in Planning, Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or a related field from a recognized college or university with a minimum ten (10) years of related professional experience in healthcare design, construction management, renovation, capital, and space planning, is required with experience in healthcare design, construction management, renovation, capital, and space planning including the development of program scope, design and budgeting of health care projects, preparation of bid documents and specifications, contract administration, and fiscal management construction management experience required.
Certified Healthcare Constructor Certification is required; Must have or obtain a Certified Healthcare Constructor (CHC) certification from the American Society for Healthcare Engineering (ASHE) within the first 12 months of employment.
NC General Contractors’ unlimited License is .
At least five years’ experience in hospital construction as a project manager or supervisor; knowledge and ability to use email, Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, CAD, Revit, Navisworks.
Valid driver’s license and ability to operate.
