Location: Arvada, Colorado (In-Office)
Salary: $85,000 – $100,000 (Negotiable based on education and experience)
Full-Time | Regional Support: Colorado & Idaho

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team and support our West Region operations across Colorado and Idaho. This is a hands-on, strategic role that partners closely with business leaders to align HR practices with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities
Serve as a strategic HR partner to business leaders, aligning people strategies with business objectives.
Lead recruitment efforts in collaboration with Business Unit leaders and the Talent Acquisition team.
Drive employee development initiatives and talent management programs.
Provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
Support day-to-day HR operations including onboarding, leave administration, and employee engagement.
Collaborate cross-regionally to ensure consistency in HR practices and programs.
Utilize HRIS and data analytics to inform decision-making and improve efficiency.
Travel approximately 25–35% to support regional operations.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
5–7 years of HR leadership experience; construction industry experience preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems (including custom report writing).
Strong interpersonal, coaching, and communication skills.
Proven ability to manage complex employee relations issues and drive organizational change.
Experience in recruitment, retention, and workforce planning.
Ability to travel in and out of state as needed.
