*Position Summary:*

As an *HVAC Crew Member*, you will be responsible for supporting the rough-in and finish installation of residential and light commercial HVAC systems within modular units. You’ll work closely with your crew lead and supervisors to ensure all tasks are completed accurately, on time, and according to building codes and project specifications.

This indoor construction position offers the unique advantage of working year-round in a climate-controlled environment. Candidates should also be open to learning and occasionally assisting in adjacent trades.

*Key Responsibilities:*

* Assist in the installation, rough-in, and finish work of HVAC systems in modular residential and light commercial units * Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and specifications * Work collaboratively with the HVAC team, other trades, and production supervisors * Ensure all work complies with local, state, and federal codes and regulations * Maintain a clean and safe work environment * Take part in cross-training for other trades and assist where needed * Participate in daily production goals and continuous improvement initiatives * Other duties as assigned

*Qualifications:*

* 1+ year of HVAC experience preferred (or relevant training) * Basic knowledge of HVAC systems and components * Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively * Willingness to learn and assist in other trades * Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team * Strong attention to detail and work quality * Must be dependable, punctual, and safety-conscious
