\*\*Overview:\*\*

We are seeking a skilled HVAC New Consturction Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in HVAC installation In Newly framed homes as well as a strong understanding of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.

New Construction Homes in and around our area, New Palestine, Greenfield, New Castle, and Rushville IN.

\*\*Duties:\*\*

- Install HVAC systems including ductwork, refrigerant lines, thermostat wires, dryer vent, exhaust fans. New Construction homes mainly

- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently

- Ensure all installations meet safety standards and comply with regulations

\*\*Requirements:\*\*

- Prior experience in HVAC installation

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

- Strong understanding of property maintenance practices

- Familiarity with using tools such as ohmmeters for electrical testing

- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation

Nice-to-have Skills:

- Experience in field service

- Previous experience as an air conditioning service technician

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $23.04 - $30.33 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week
