Spring Creek Rehabilitation and Nursing Center currently has a full time opportunity available for an HVAC Technician! We are looking for an experienced HVAC Tech for our beautiful skilled nursing facility!

Requirements of the HVAC Technician:
- Must possess, as a minimum, a high school diploma or GED.
- Must have, as a minimum, two (2) years experience in a maintenance department in a health-related Facility
- Must be knowledgeable of HVAC practices and procedures in nursing care facilities
- Must successfully complete a post offer, pre-employment criminal background check and physical / drug screen.
Responsibilities of the HVAC Technician:
- Install, service, modify, troubleshoot, rebuild, and repair HVAC systems and equipment in a residential establishment in accordance with applicable building codes and safety regulations
- Troubleshoot, repair, modify, or replace Power, and/or control wiring/circuit
- Must be able to troubleshoot electronic controls, possess electrical knowledge, and have plumbing knowledge of both water and steam systems
- Manage repair costs while minimizing inefficiencies
- Monitors HVAC systems and operations and ensures that routine preventive maintenance is performed according to established schedules and standards
- Checks, repairs and/or replaces valves, motors, controls, switches, gauges, wiring, fans, pumps, compressors, condensers, cores, pipes and other functional components of the system
- Performs all work in accordance with established safety procedures
- Applies all applicable OSHA and related local safety requirements to all assigned work
