We're hiring a skilled B-Mechanic to join our team as a field installer in industrial sheet metal and construction. You'll support the foreman, run project sections with apprentices, and work hands-on across various industrial sites. Expect to handle:

*Must be able to be dispatched to all types of industry:*

* *Structural Steel and ductwork* * *Millwright tasks* * *Industrial sheet metal fabrication & installation* * *Dust collector & baghouse service* * *Repairs and installation* * *Concrete work and foundation setting*.

*What you bring:*

* 3-4 years' experience in industrial sheet metal and construction installation * Ability to read and work from blueprints, sketches, and CAD drawings. * Have knowledge of hand tools- power tools * TIG and Stick welding skills (food grade TIG preferred) * Rigging and crane experience * Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills * Commitment to safety and quality

Pay: $25.00 - $36.00 per hour
