Full-time contractor position
Must have actual trade show experience in the healthcare industry in order to be considered.
Summary of Responsibilities
Works closely day-to-day with Head of Events
Contribute to the coordination of all aspects of tradeshows, conferences, meetings, and other events (pre-planning, and post-event wrap-up), as assigned
Ability to travel internationally to support onsite execution of tradeshows, customer events, etc., as needed throughout the year
Assume planning responsibilities for meetings as needed in support of Head of Events
Serve as direct liaison for identified events to triage and support resolutions
Proficiency with basic computer programming, including the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
·Proficiency with event software, including Smartsheet, Salesforce, Zuant is preferred
Support Head of Events in adhoc tasks as needed including:
·Scheduling and/or facilitating meetings on behalf of Head of Events
·Monitoring of multiple lists and processes simultaneously
·Onsite tradeshow and event logistics management
·Updating resource material for distribution across enterprise
Minimum Qualifications
3+ years of experience planning and executing tradeshows and other events.
Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, marketing, or related fields.
Experience supporting large international tradeshows and meetings, including regional events across the country.
Excellent organizational skills with a high-level attention to detail and ability to carry out multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance.
Legal authorization to work in the U.S.

Experience supporting events in the healthcare industry is preferred
Be able to travel 15%, both domestic and international, and work overtime as needed to attend events and meetings (may include weekends)
