Prestigious Insurance Defense Trial firm actively seeking multiple Insurance Defense Attorneys at all levels of experience—from recent graduates to seasoned litigators/trial attorneys and partner level attorneys.

Trial-focused law firm representing insurance companies and their insureds in complex civil litigation throughout the New York metropolitan area. We are currently seeking multiple attorneys with a strong interest or background in New York Labor Law (Sections 240(1), 241(6), and 200) and Construction Defect litigation.

We are currently seeking Insurance Defense Attorneys with experience representing clients in a variety of liability matters, including general liability, premises liability, medical malpractice, motor vehicle, and other civil litigation cases.

Qualifications

Admission to the New York State Bar JD from an accredited law school Litigation experience preferred, particularly in Labor Law and/or construction-related matters Bonus Experience medical malpractice, premises liability, product liability, municipal law Bonus Experience 1st or 2nd chair trial experience
