About Our Client
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager (3-8 years) to lead and manage interior builds amongst different sectors. This role will be responsible for the entire project life cycle, from planning and coordination to execution and delivery, ensuring that each project meets client expectations, is delivered on time, and stays within budget.
Job Description
- Manage interior construction projects from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget goals are met
- Supervise project administration staff and coordinate closely with superintendents to establish priorities specific to interior scopes
- Forecast, monitor, and report on project costs and revenue; ensure alignment with approved estimates
- Resolve issues related to subcontractors, materials, finish schedules, and vendor coordination specific to interior trades
- Collaborate with the Safety Manager to ensure all work is performed in compliance with site safety standards and goals
- Foster strong relationships with superintendents, subcontractors, and assistant project managers to drive collaboration and accountability
- Maintain accurate and timely project documentation, including RFI logs, change orders, submittals, and closeout materials

The Successful Applicant
- Demonstrated experience managing interior fit-outs for commercial, hospitality, and multifamily projects
- Expertise in project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation specific to interior construction
- Strong leadership skills to coordinate cross-functional teams and effectively engage clients and subcontractors
- Deep technical understanding of interior construction methods, finishes, and systems integration
- Proactive problem-solver who quickly addresses challenges to keep interior projects on schedule and budget
- Commitment to safety, quality craftsmanship, and compliance with industry standards in interior environments
- Excellent communication skills for transparent reporting and client relationship management
