100% Travel: ~ 80% Asia (primarily China); ~ 20% U.S.
Based out of Alpharetta, GA 30005 (Training and Home Office)
Overview:
An industry-leading global manufacturer specializing in bulk material handling systems and large-scale ship loading equipment is seeking a talented Construction Manager to oversee the on-site construction and installation of complex mechanical systems.
You will work internationally with a seasoned U.S.-based engineering team providing support.
This is a Direct Hire, Full-Time opportunity.

Key Responsibilities: Manage all phases of on-site construction, assembly, and installation of large-scale ship loading systems
Collaborate with engineering teams from U.S. headquarters to ensure specifications and quality standards are met
Lead and coordinate field crews, subcontractors, and third-party vendors
Monitor project schedules, budgets, and progress to ensure timely completion
Ensure safety compliance and quality control across all activities
Provide hands-on troubleshooting and leadership during critical construction milestones
Qualifications: ~ 7+ years of Construction Management experience, preferably in heavy industrial, mechanical equipment, or material handling system assembly
Experience managing overseas or international construction projects highly preferred
Strong background in mechanical assembly, industrial construction, or systems integration
Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-cultural collaboration skills
Ability to travel 100% (primarily across Asia, with support from the U.S.)
Other Details: Initial training based in Alpharetta, GA
Assignments primarily in China and Southeast Asia regions
Travel costs, housing, and business expenses fully paid by the company
