Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess clients' functional, physical, and sensory-motor skills. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address clients' unique needs and goals. Provide therapy sessions to improve fine and gross motor skills, sensory processing, self-care, and daily living activities. Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and other professionals to support client development and progress. Document and maintain accurate records of evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, and reports in compliance with regulatory standards. Educate clients and families on strategies and adaptive tools to support functional independence in various environments. Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to goal-setting and treatment planning. Requirements Must hold an Illinois Occupational Therapy license. Onsite services are required, with occasional travel. Previous experience working with children is preferred. Master's in Occupational Therapy from Accredited University.
