Our company handles the entire flow of providing these products and services beginning with Sales, Provisioning, Design and Engineering, Contracting and Construction, Servicing and Maintenance.
JOB SUMMARY:
Were seeking a Jr. Project Coordinator with a strong background in data management and construction project lifecycle experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, analytical, and time-management skills, and will be responsible for capturing key data from City (AHJ) and Utility meetings, ensuring alignment with the Construction Project Coordinator. RESPONSIBILITIES :
Work directly with the Construction Project Coordinator (CPC) to ensure concise communication between all relevant parties on any given project Track deliverables during City (AHJ) and Utility meetings Monitor and report on KPIs through a projects life-cycle Analyze communication with varying project regions to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement Monitor and update the Construction Project Coordinator (CPC) on design revisions and/or assessments from an City (AHJ) or Utility Gain an understanding of California EV legislation relevant to the day-to-day operations of all projects Coordinate meetings with CPMs & CPC to identify and elevate AHJ & Utility delays to the respective supervisor Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times Additional duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelors degree in business administration, marketing or a related field preferred 1-2 years experience in project management, data management or a related field Demonstrates keen business acumen, proficient in prioritization, and makes informed judgment calls when necessary Dedicated to achieving excellence - consistently performs duties with efficiency in mind Strong written and verbal communication, coupled with strong organizational and interpersonal abilities Proficient in engaging effectively with individuals at all levels Shows a professional and suitable demeanor when handling sensitive information Collaborative and works effectively within a team environment Exceptional multitasking and problem-solving skills Comfortable reporting and presenting information Proficiency with Excel is a must Experience with other Microsoft Office Suites and CRM software is a plus A track record of following through on commitments Familiarity with the construction industry is preferred
Range of Pay: $52,000 - $58,000
