At Russell Landscape, we don’t just install landscapes—we bring visions to life. As a Landscape Construction Foreman, you'll lead crews in executing high-end commercial and residential landscape construction projects that include hardscapes, irrigation systems, plant installations, grading, and more. We’re looking for an experienced leader who can read plans, track production, manage materials, and make safety a top priority.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and perform work with a crew in all phases of landscape construction including hardscape, landscape, irrigation, and grading.
- Read and interpret construction documents, blueprints, and site plans with a high level of accuracy.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Superintendents, and subcontractors to ensure job progress aligns with schedule and specifications.
- Track production and report daily progress.
- Manage materials onsite to ensure timely delivery, accurate counts, and secure storage.
- Ensure jobsite safety through proactive training, daily safety checks, and enforcement of OSHA and company standards.
- Operate a variety of equipment including skid steers, excavators, and trenchers
- Communicate clearly with team members, vendors, and clients.
- Lead by example with a focus on quality, efficiency, and professionalism.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in landscape or hardscape construction, including crew leadership.
- Strong working knowledge of landscape and hardscape installation practices, grading, irrigation systems, and construction drawings.
- Ability to read and interpret construction documents is essential.
- Proven skills in production tracking and material management.
- Committed to maintaining a clean, safe, and organized jobsite.
- Heavy equipment operation experience is a strong plus.
- Bilingual in Spanish/English is a plus.
Requirements
- Valid U.S. driver’s license with a clean MVR.
- Must be authorized to work lawfully in the United States.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions and perform physical labor.
