Responsibilities:

  • Crew Leadership:
  • Lead and supervise a crew of 2-4 members, ensuring efficient and high-quality work.
  • Provide hands-on guidance and instruction to crew members.
  • Drive the company truck and transport tools, equipment, and materials to job sites.


  • Project Coordination:
  • Collaborate with the designer, project manager, and construction manager to review project plans and timelines.
  • Ensure projects are completed on schedule and meet company quality standards.
  • Maintain clear communication between the office and the onsite crew.


  • Onsite Labor:
  • Perform and oversee tasks such as site preparation, grading, planting, and hardscape installations.
  • 100% onsite labor.
  • Operate tools and machinery safely and efficiently.
  • Troubleshoot challenges as they arise and adapt to dynamic project needs.


Qualifications:

  • Required Experience:
  • At least 2 years of landscape construction experience (5+ years preferred).
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a crew.
  • Expertise in retaining walls, fences, paver patios, and planting.


  • Preferred Skills and Experience:
  • Expertise in lighting, irrigation, woodworking, and poured concrete installation.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) to communicate effectively with a diverse team.


  • Other Qualifications:
  • Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Commitment to safety and high-quality craftsmanship.


Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary: $60,000$85,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
