Position OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Landscape Construction Project Manager – Install Division with hands-on experience in both softscape and hardscape installations, along with a working knowledge of light civil construction.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing each project from estimator handoff through final walkthrough and close-out documentation. As a Project Manager, you will work closely with the project estimator, operations team, and logistics team to ensure seamless project execution, high-quality results, and on-time delivery.
You’ll coordinate with general contractors, architects, vendors, and clients, attend meetings and site visits, and manage day-to-day project activities. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, organized approach to leadership.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities- Manage assigned landscape installation projects from project handoff to closeout
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, clients, and contractors
- Collaborate with internal estimating and project management teams
- Ensure timely communication and follow-up via email and internal systems
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold Heritage’s professional standards
- Represent the company in meetings and job-related functions
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in project management for construction or landscape projects
- Proven experience with both softscape and hardscape installations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Self-starter with excellent time management
- Professional, clear communicator
- Comfortable with in-person client and vendor interaction
- Must be able to reliably commute to or relocate to Holly, MI
