About the Position

The Landscape Garden Maintenance Crew Member plays a vital role in preserving the beauty and vitality of high-end residential landscapes. Working alongside a dedicated team, the primary objective of this role is to consistently perform high-quality service that ensures every outdoor living space remains a stunning and elegant retreat year-round.

Responsibilities Perform comprehensive landscape maintenance services, including weeding, pruning, and mulching. Safely operate and maintain a variety of landscaping tools and equipment. Deliver high-quality, meticulous service to uphold the aesthetic standards of luxury properties. Execute daily operational tasks efficiently to ensure all grounds remain vibrant and healthy. Fulfill other responsibilities as required to advance the company's objectives and exceed client expectations. Requirements Prior landscaping experience is required. Demonstrate the ability to accurately identify various plant and weed species, which is highly preferred. Possess a valid Driver's License, which is preferred for this role. Exhibit a strong work ethic and the physical stamina required to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Display excellent attention to detail and a deep commitment to delivering premium customer service. Compensation & Benefits $20.00 - $22.00 per hour. Comprehensive benefits package.
