The Lead Construction Cost Analyst position is based in Fort Wayne, IN and involves overseeing construction estimating projects to ensure accurate and timely cost analyses. This role involves collaboration with internal teams and external partners, such as architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers. Key Responsibilities Review blueprints, specifications, and documents to prepare commercial construction estimates.

Work closely with project managers, architects, and clients to understand project requirements.

Evaluate subcontractor bids and material costs to create comprehensive estimates.

Utilize estimating software for efficient estimation processes.

Create bid proposals in compliance with regulations and contracts.

Participate in pre-construction meetings and site visits to assess feasibility.

Monitor project costs and provide updates as necessary.

Keep organized records and stay updated on market trends and methodologies. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.

Familiarity with construction materials, methods, and building codes.

Proficiency in estimating software such as Destiny, Bluebeam, Procore, and Excel.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with excellent communication skills.

Ability to effectively manage multiple projects at a time.

Certification from organizations like ASPE or AACE is a bonus.
