Position: Journeyman Plumber Full time, Mon-Fri, 40-50 hours /week Occasional travel Pay $30.00-$45.00/hr.  DOE

Rentmeister Total Home Service is currently seeking an experienced licensed Journeyman Plumber to assist us with our projects throughout Weber, Davis, Morgan and Salt Lake Counties. Requirements for a Licensed Journeyman:

Valid Driver’s license and great driving record

Complete a pre employment drug screen (We do not accept Medical Marijuana Cards )

Ability to pass a background check

4+  years plumbing experience. ( New Construction experience preferred)

Journeyman License is Required

Full knowledge of various plumbing systems

Ability to trouble shoot and solve plumbing issues

Considerable knowledge of standard tools, methods, and materials of the plumbing trade

Must be able to work off ladders and lift 50 lbs

Journeyman Plumber responsibilities can include:

Installing all water lines, water heaters, water softeners, fixtures, tubs, sinks and faucets

Trenching, underground sub rough, rough and finish

Follow procedures for vehicle maintenance, operation, and cleanliness.

Have a passion for teaching others the trade.

Demonstrates patience, good teaching skills, and shares knowledge with apprentices.

Effective communication with our builders, contactors, project mangers and office staff
