Handle discovery processes, including drafting and responding to interrogatories, requests for production, and depositions. Participate in site inspections, mediations, and settlement negotiations. Represent clients in depositions, hearings, and trials. Work collaboratively with senior attorneys and legal teams to ensure quality representation. Maintain clear and timely communication with clients regarding case progress. Requirements 1-3 years of experience in civil litigation, preferably in insurance defense or construction defect cases.
