About The Position

A corrections facility is seeking a family medicine physician associate for locum tenens coverage. The facility is located less than an hour from Anchorage, Alaska. The schedule is 10-hour shifts from Monday - Sunday, following a 7-on and 7-off rotation. The patient population consists entirely of adults. Case responsibilities include reviewing outside medical records and labs. Required certifications include an Alaska license, DEA, and a clear background check. Procedures are bread and butter. The credential timeline is 1 week.
