You’ll guide each project from pre-construction to punch list, ensuring every detail is accounted for and every stakeholder stays informed. Your responsibilities will include: • Managing all site activity to deliver projects on time , on budget, and on-brand • Coordinating subcontractors, deliveries, and inspections with confidence and clarity • Keeping project documentation (JobTread) up to date: schedules, logs, change orders, photos • Leading pre-construction meetings, walkthroughs, and weekly client updates • Ensuring jobsite cleanliness, safety, and professionalism reflect our brand values • Communicating changes, needs, or issues clearly and proactively to clients and internal teams • Maintaining calm control even when challenges arise—and solving problems with poise Qualifications: Who Thrives in This Role • You’re detail-oriented and process-driven.
