Maintenance & Quality Supervisor Landscape Construction

Pierre Landscape, a leader in landscape construction, is seeking a Maintenance & Quality Supervisor to drive excellence across field operations.
The ideal candidate is proactive , demonstrates strong follow-up and follow-through , and consistently shows leadership in the field .
They conduct job walks, own warranty resolution, and collaborate closely with Project Managers, General Contractors, and field crews to uphold company standards and drive operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Conducts job walks with Project Managers, General Contractors, and clients to assess site conditions and align on expectations
Oversees warranty work , ensuring timely response and resolution of issues on closed-out projects
Supervises and supports foremen and field crews , providing guidance, training, and performance feedback
Coordinates the start and end of maintenance periods per contract requirements
Ensures daily quality control inspections are performed and documented
Maintains accurate records of production rates (budget vs.
actual) and field performance
Leads trainings on irrigation systems, plant care, and equipment use
Communicates regularly with Project Managers, GCs, and internal departments to ensure smooth handoffs and issue resolution
Tracks and updates process improvements and SOPs related to field maintenance operations
Protects company interests through compliance with safety standards, company policies, and contract specifications
Represent Pierre Landscape professionally in all field interactions.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Proven leadership experience in a field-based or construction landscape environment
Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities
Skilled at managing multiple priorities and meeting tight deadlines
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to lead change and drive continuous improvement
Effective in team-building and influencing across departments
Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and accountability
Valid California driver’s license with a clean driving record
Pay is based on having all the right technical and soft skills, values, and experience in a management role.
$75,000-$85,000 annual salary based on experience plus bonus.
