Key product areas include air quality, noise and vibration monitoring, tunnel sensors, and meteorology. This role will oversee both traditional and digital marketing efforts, focusing on brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention. A key component of this position involves leading the integration of AI marketing technologies, including webstore development and the deployment of AI-powered customer portal bots. The specialist will manage projects, translate strategic concepts into actionable campaigns, generate customer insights, and refine marketing content, collaborating closely with product management, sales, and engineering teams.*Essential Duties & Key Responsibilities **Strategic Marketing & Digital Presence:** Define and execute a robust digital presence strategy to enhance brand awareness, drive client acquisition, and improve retention for Acoem's environmental solutions in the US.* Work closely with Acoem Corporate Marketing to align US strategies with global initiatives, ensuring consistent brand messaging and accelerated growth.* Provide essential market insights and ensure clear portfolio positioning for sustainable growth within the environmental sector.* Define and track key marketing metrics, leveraging marketing automation strategies, analytics, and data-driven insights to continuously adapt and improve campaigns for optimal business results.*AI Marketing & Innovation:** Explore, experiment with, and apply generative AI models (e.g.,Gemini) to enhance content creation, campaign optimization, analytics, and customer engagement. This includes prompt development and identifying new use-case opportunities.* Lead the optimization of product listings by enhancing titles, descriptions, bullet points, keywords, and images to improve visibility and conversion rates across all platforms, including our webstore.* Collaborate with developers on eCommerce Site CMS Management, maintaining our platform, making necessary SEO enhancements, and adding new content and assets.* Investigate and implement AI-powered bots for our website and customer portals to enhance user experience, provide instant support, and streamline customer interactions.* Manage seamless system integrations across marketing and sales tools like HubSpot and Salesforce to automate workflows and ensure connected, actionable data.*Content Strategy & Development:** Create evergreen content, including webinars, case studies, videos, and social media content, to strengthen brand awareness and thought leadership across various media channels.* Maintain an editorial calendar with diverse content (articles, blogs, infographics, newsletters, whitepapers, special reports, etc.) to meet lead generation and nurture goals, covering thought leadership, industry news, and product/solution-focused topics.* Create, write, and edit a variety of compelling marketing content, including web copy, e-newsletters, advertising copy, blog posts, video scripts, promotional materials, and social media posts.*Product Marketing & Go-to-Market:** Collaborate with Strategic Product Management and Development Engineering to create product roadmaps and a robust technical-commercial framework.* Plan and execute new product launch campaigns to ensure they deliver desired business results, including introductions, competitive positioning, value propositions, pricing strategies, and application marketing plans.* Develop effective go-to-market plans to support sales teams in engaging target customers through market assessments and competitive activity monitoring.*Events and Trade Show:** Plan, coordinate, and manage participation in key industry trade shows, conferences, and virtual events, from booth design and logistics to promotional materials and lead capture strategies.* Collaborate with the sales team to maximize lead generation opportunities at events and ensure effective post-event follow-up.* Analyze event ROI and provide recommendations for future participation.*Digital Performance & Optimization:** Monitor SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush, providing regular reporting and analysis. Ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all digital content.* Take ownership of day-to-day website content updates to support product launches, technical support content, promotions, and content publishing.*Qualifications** BA/BS degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
