Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is not required, but preferred in lieu of trade experience
- 5+ years of prior work experience with a commercial mechanical subcontractor
- Proven experience in the HVAC industry
- New construction project experience required
