Title: Mechanical & Plumbing Estimator

Company Overview: We are seeking a Construction Estimator with specialized knowledge in multi-family plumbing and/or mechanical projects for our client in this direct placement opportunity. The ideal candidate should possess at least 3 years of experience in estimating multi-family plumbing and/or mechanical projects.

Key Responsibilities: Evaluate bids for accurate pricing and plumbing quality Analyze projects and provide plumbing insights Support projects while adhering to budget constraints Collaborate with stakeholders on design intent Continuously improve plumbing knowledge and pricing accuracy Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in industry-standard estimating software for plumbing (Autodesk, BIM) and Microsoft Office Suite In-depth knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and regulations relevant to multi-family residential construction Benefits: Health, dental, vision, and life insurance Company phone or phone reimbursement 401k with 3% match 8 paid holidays 2 weeks of paid time off Continuing education opportunities
